Runbook Sme

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our Multinational Client in Riyadh, KSA. The working Model is onsite.

Client's Specialities: Digital Transformation, Security Transformation, IT Transformation, and Workforce Transformation.
- Participate in testing activities, monitoring coverage for live events
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive runbooks for various data center migration scenarios.
- Ensure runbooks are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the latest industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Conduct reviews and audits of runbooks to identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies.
- Provide training and guidance to migration teams on how to effectively utilize runbooks.
- Assist migration teams with planning, executing, and troubleshooting data center migrations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on specific migration tasks and challenges.
- Analyze migration logs and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to ensure successful migration outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as network operations, security, and storage teams, to ensure seamless integration during migration.

**Requirements**:

- 7 + years of experience in IT operations, incident management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing runbooks and operational procedures.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Experience with incident management tools and automation is a plus.
