Position Requirements:
Responsibilities of the Information Security Operations Center Manager:

- Oversee the tasks and responsibilities of the SOC Team.
- Recruitment, training, monitoring and evaluation of SOC employees.
- Managing escalations and following up security incident reports.
- Develop and build incident response plans and other required plans.
- Ensure that the policies imposed in the organization are followed

Position Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum 5 years Security leadership, with experience building long-term career development plans for team members at all levels.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and measuring relevant security and technology management critical success factors, key performance indicators, and metrics.
- Ability to create shift schedules to ensure 24x7 coverage by support personnel

**Salary**: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
