**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in understanding mortgage options and requirements.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure mortgage approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all lending policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all mortgage transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential mortgage opportunities.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
