**Responsibilities**
- Accountable for the proper inspection, handling, loading, storage and documentation of materials received from the suppliers or from other warehouses.
- Monitoring and controlling inventory levels and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Accountable for the timely issuing of materials from the stock to the project (workshop, users, etc....) upon request.
- Adheres to safety standards in the warehouse.
- Maintains warehouse records and information system.
- Maintaining accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including inventory records, shipping and receiving records, and labor records.
- Accountable for conducting periodic stock inventory, and reports to supply chain manager on slow-moving items.

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:
High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain\Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a warehouse supervisor.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Familiar with ERP system
