To ensure that the Modules are operating as per the Daily Operating Instructions.
- To guide & instruct the supporting staff in Production line for the smooth functioning of the Modules so as to achieve the daily production target, qualitatively as well as quantitatively.
- To ensure the safety of the co-workers.
- To ensure the Safety of various equipment’s & Modules in general.
- To clear the non-conformity in the Shift.
- To prioritize the jobs for service departments.
- Co-ordination with other departments & outside agencies for the smooth functioning of the Modules as well Planned and Breakdown maintenance jobs.
- To authorize any process jumpers for smooth running of the plant, by proper analysis of the requirement and responsibility for IN and OUT of the jumper.
- Logging of various events happened in his shift & Data logging.
- Completely responsible for all making and maintaining departmental paper-work.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
- To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
- To attend safety trainings planned for them.
