A high-profile client aimed in food and beverage industry located in Saudi Arabia is seeking a well-experienced Kitchen Waitress with good communication skills to assist and carry out numerous hands-on tasks in a discrete and courteous manner.

**Position: Kitchen Waitress**
**Department: Culinary**
**Report to (direct) Executive Sous Chef, Senior Chefs**
**Package: SAR 7500 PM**

**Live in - all expenses paid + Medical Insurance + Flight Allowance SAR5,000 PA +1 month’s vacations PA +12-Month renewable contract**

**Job Summary**:
The positions of Kitchen Waitress require liaising with the Senior Chef and Cooks on all operational need for the Catering department and ensure that all food preparation and production is carried out to the highest standard to ensure His Highness, his family and guests’ total satisfaction and compliance with HACCP regulations.

**General Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Developing your skills in the Kitchens and always maintain a positive attitude.
- Work when and were required within all areas of the catering department.
- Listen carefully to instructions given by senior staff and carry out duties in a responsible timely manner without hesitation.
- Assist in food preparation and servicing with an emphasis on quality, freshness, and timing.
- Follow the catering cleaning procedures and hygiene practices, according to HACCP requirements.
- Assist in ensuring all necessary mise-en-place is ready prior to service.
- Always maintain good personal hygiene.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained, regularly checked and to report any problems to the department supervisor.
- Report for duty on time and in the correct uniform.
- Ensuring that a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming is adhered to.
- Always follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Report to Senior Chef before taking breaks of finishing duty.

Additional to the above-mentioned requirements an Employee will at times be expected to perform tasks and duties outside of his/her scope of work as necessitated by work demand. This document does not create an Employee contract. It is stressed that changes in business may require alterations to this job descriptions be in proper attire while on duty.

**Salary**: Up to ﷼7,500.00 per month
