Assessing the underwrirting risks coming from exceptional requests such as additional benefits, additional providers, irregularity in enrollment.
- Assessing the risk and determining the price increase for rejoining clients based on the medical history and performance.
- Determining the rate impact of late renewals and back dated inceptions.
- Ensure compliance with underwiriting guidelines and SAMA’s pricing report.
- Review the monthly renewal report and ensure accuarte projections and price increases are applied before sending to sales team.
- Ensure that Technical results are prepared and sent on time to the Relationship Managers to support them in renewing the contracts and achieving the required increase.
- Reviewing the performance of the high lossing clients and cordinating with the Medical Underwriting function to declare the accurate LR after evaluating the history.
- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly discount dashboards and for its circulation on time.
- Prepares all regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.
- Review on a regular basis the pricing processes and improve customer experience
- Highlight any capacity and capability issue to the Retail Pricing management.
- Supervise the pricing of new products and set the appropriate risk controls and contribution margins.
- Create and update the pricing policies and guidelines for the Retail segment.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of record keeping across the Pricing department.
- Increase the team’s productivity by automating and digitizing pricing and reporting activities.
- Leverage technology solutions to further strengthen the pricing control environment.
**Skills**:
- Quantitative analysis.
- Accounting, Finance, and exposure to Underwriting and/or Insurance Industry.
