- The “Mechanical Quality Control Inspector” is responsible for the successful execution of quality control inspections

- Diploma In Mechanical Engg**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with QHSE management and follow up work orders with the production team for the purpose of scheduling and performing in-process, final inspection, and testing for all products and welded and fabricated equipment. Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, engineering design data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certification processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required. Ensure the functionality of the mechanical system and safety of mechanical tests, both health and environmentally, utilizing the proper resources. Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan and ensuring incorporated materials on all projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications. Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities. Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work. Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities. Controls equipment installation, alignment and leveling. Performs functional checks and mechanical completion checks Trays inspection (dimensional check, water tightness test).- Checks of levelness, position, orientation, anchor bolts, etc.,- Basic Salary:
