**Job Description**:

- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Greet, welcoming assist, and direct visitors entering premises
- Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy
- Coordinate with securities to determine nature and purpose of visit and direct to specific destination
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, and take notes
- Collect, sort, distribute mail and courier deliveries
- Assist the administration in processing administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry/processing.
- Any tasks/assignments asked by line manager

**Requirements**:
High School or Diploma
