Manager, HRIS
**Job Summary**:
Experience in systems administration, information technology, and a thorough comprehension of the HR department's duties and requirements. In addition to providing general support to department managers and the HR team, as well emphasize gathering and accurately recording HR data.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to determine and analyze business requirements and lead the required systems' planning, development, testing, and implementation.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR staff.
- Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
- Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Participate in and lead projects centered on ongoing development and improvement.
- Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
- Consult and update management in independent research and maintain current knowledge of new and emerging HRIS trends.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
- Evaluate and implement tools to help improve and maintain data integrity.
- Promote and execute periodic evaluations to assist in deploying HR system upgrades and modifications as required in partnership with the (IT) department.
- Provide User Acceptance testing and collaborate with the IT department throughout system production.
- Identify automation solutions within the HR process.
- Supervising the day-to-day activities of HR information systems (Fusion).
**Required Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in HR, MIS, IT, or similar.
- +7 years of experience as an HRIS.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
