HyperSpace is a Dubai/Riyadh based future forward entertainment company, building a new format of location based entertainment linking physical and digital experience and customer engagement.

Our parks sit at the convergence of social media arena and real world video game, engaging our audience meaningfully through an IRL physical experience and through digital engagement and gameplay post-visit. Our parks are powered by tokens and digital assets, and run on a game economy mirroring AAA gaming environments, and are purpose built for a new generation of content creators and players.

To date we have opened up our first entertainment attraction - AYA - a 40,000sq-ft digital immersive experience park located in Dubai, which is seeing an average of 2a,000 visitors a day. We will open two House of Hype locations, each 100,000sq-ft at Riyadh Boulevard and Dubai Mall in Q4 2023.

The Job responsibilities:

- Safeguard the equipment, assets and park installations throughout all areas.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving different areas of the park.
- Smile and give polite and helpful answers to customer enquiries and requests.
- Knowledgeable about the park, explaining how to use the web app, collect XP and Hyper coin and how the interactive installations work.
- Manage crowd control and area capacities, ensuring that visitors navigate through the park effortlessly and provide assistance and information as necessary.
- Responsible for upholding the park rules and ensuring all health & safety requirements are followed.
- Preserve the experience and illusions of the park at all times
- Engaging with the story and ethos of the park, interacting with visitors to provide an enhanced experience throughout their journey.
- Manage POS transactions and cash handling as required.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
- Issue receipts, change and package products correctly for customers.
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, breakage and wastages. Report any discrepancies in transactions or inventory.
- Manage the arcade area, explain how to use the different games and demonstrate for customers as needed.
- Reports to Guest Services Manager, overseen by the Park Manager.

Learn and deliver scripts whilst acting the part of a park character in order to enhance the in person game experience Big personality, ready to commit to the character and play their part to delight and entertain guests. Take part in the character performance squads in the venue during the operation whether dancing, parading or joining in challenges.
- Lead guest challenges for extra item wins and secret prizes
- Engage with guests whilst in character, tell stories, jokes and play games.
- Wear a variety of costumes or character outfits as assigned whilst on the experience floor
- Pose for photographs, videos, selfies and join in with social media filming such as Tiktok challenges, reels or other platform content.
- Assist with observing visitors inside the park, ensuring that no one is running, shouting or behaving in other disruptive or dangerous ways.

Job Recruitments:

- Customer service experience at least one year.
- Very good communication skills.
- Fluent Arabic & advanced in English language.
- High School or higher degree.
- Team Work.

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
