JASARA PMC is in search of a highly skilled Infrastructure Director to lead our infrastructure initiatives. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company's infrastructure systems and operations. You will collaborate with executive leadership to align infrastructure goals with business objectives, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure that meets the needs of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive infrastructure strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems and networks.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage major infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in cybersecurity.
- Monitor and manage infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability.
- Develop and oversee the infrastructure budget and resource allocation.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Mentor and develop infrastructure team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, and security practices.
- Proven experience in developing and executing infrastructure strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
