**Job Summary**:
The Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and positive attitude.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate with staff to prepare for meetings, including setting up conference rooms.
- Provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the HR and administrative teams with tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Serve as a liaison between office staff, clients, and vendors.
- Update and maintain contact lists and directories.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Diploma or bachelor’s degree is required. Additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2 Years of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.
- **Role requirement**: Saudi Talents only.

**Behavioral and Technical Skills**:

- Good Command of ARABIC and ENGLISH (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a busy environment.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer oriented.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
