**Position: Counter Salesman**

**Company**: A reputable trading shop specializing in hardware, building materials, and construction materials

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing comprehensive product information and advice on appropriate choices for their project requirements.
- Process customer orders and manage the cash register, ensuring accurate payment is received for goods sold.
- Monitor and keep track of inventory levels to maintain product availability.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maximize sales and meet store objectives.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter area.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the hardware, building materials, or construction sectors.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable about hardware and construction materials.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently handle customer inquiries.
- Cash handling and register operation skills.

**Educational Qualification**:
**Minimum**:High School Diploma or equivalent education level.
