Abreez Events is currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Event Planner to join our dynamic team. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and special occasions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, manage budgets, secure venues, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless event execution. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and a knack for problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, themes, and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual equipment.
- Manage event budgets effectively and ensure financial goals are met.
- Oversee event setup, including layout design, seating arrangements, and decor.
- Create and manage event schedules, timelines, and run-of-show for all stakeholders.
- Provide on-site event management and handle any issues that arise with efficiency and professionalism.
- Foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Event Planner or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
