**Job Description**:
Position**:Construction Project Manager - Asset Development** based in NEOM

Key Accountabilities:
The Construction Project Manager - Asset Development will be responsible for:

- The planning, execution and delivery of Asset Development Project(s) from Design through to Construction and handover and delivery
- Preparing and maintaining the Project Management Plan Documents, throughout all the phases of the Project(s), as per PMI standards and NEOM SOPs in coordination with functional managers
- Preparing and maintaining overall Project Schedule(s) for internal project control activities and general development control, integrating Consultant’s schedules.
- Ensure relevant project documentation is prepared, maintained and stored as per NEOM and Department SOPs
- Ensure that Unit team members know their responsibility to the Project(s)
- Will be responsible for managing, monitoring and tracking overall project performances
- Ensure that relevant project data and project control information are properly and timely fed into NEOM central project dashboards as per CEO office requirements.
- Ensure that Project milestones are delivered on schedule and within budget, meeting quality standards, throughout all the project phases
- Ensure adequate integration among different projects carried out by the department that feed directly or indirectly into the development programme
- Ensure and manage coordination and communication with contractor(s), providers and their Project Managers
- Support the Nature Department in resource planning for the opportune delivery of the Development Project(s)
- Support the Nature Department in budgeting and overall general programme planning, in coordination with relevant departments and company sectors
- Support the preparation of Reports or presentations, as per department needs

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

The Asset Development Project Manager should be skilled in MS Project, Primavera, Aconex System, deep knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies, Project Analytics and latest project control dashboards.

Leadership, Ability to work with fixed deadlines, conflict resolution, proactively solution oriented, teamwork capability in multicultural teams, attention to details, ability to work in challenging environments, effective time management, organizational skills and capability to manage large teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering
- Project Management Professional Certification is a must
- MBA or Master in PM is a plus
- Minimum 10 years' experience as Project Manager in multidisciplinary and infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Region
- Advanced written and verbal communication & report writing skills
