**Your day to day**
Responsible for receiving and ensuring correct delivery of guest’s luggage to and from rooms, airport and cars and assists all guests with inquiries and requests. The Lobby Agent performs various errands related to guest’s needs, comfort and satisfaction. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.
**What we need from you**
A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a similar capacity with good educational background will be an advantage, also cleanliness and personal hygiene level must be apparent and consistent. English being the common language used between colleagues at InterContinental Jeddah and knowledge of the Arabic language will be an advantage.
