- Functions as the AH-64E Production Control Supervisor under the direction of the AH-64E Maintenance Manager. Oversees and manages all maintenance activities; directs and coordinates the program activities of aviation maintenance; coordinates aviation logistics and supply chain management for assigned platforms, ALSE, POL, Tool Room and back shops (as required). Provides aircraft maintenance production control management support to Vinnell Arabia (VA) in support of Saudi Arabia National Guard (SANG) Aviation Command. Participates in the coordination and scheduling of aircraft to meet the contractual operational readiness rates, and customer mission requirements. Plans, schedules, and streamlines all scheduled maintenance actions to afford VA and SANG Aviation Command maximum flexibility with aircraft availability and readiness. Streamlines work processes to reduce maintenance cycle time while improving aircraft maintenance operations and readiness. Ensures established work standards and procedures are developed and adhered to. Establishes and monitors aircraft time-change component schedules to ensure replacement components are ordered in a timely manner to meet SANG Aviation Command flying hour and maintenance requirements. Manages the controlled exchange program and ensures all necessary documentation is completed when executing controlled exchanges. Trains selected SANG Aviation Command personnel to develop and maintain an effective production control management system and conducts effective production control operations. Ensure that all related operations are conducted safely, IAW all regulations and publications.**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
**A.** Duties/responsibilities:
1. Ensure maintenance functional activities and procedures are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
2. Establish maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports (daily, monthly, yearly) that provide situational awareness of platform OR rates.
3. Establish daily maintenance organizational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in order to achieve stated OR rates.
4. In coordination with VA and the Aviation Logistics supervisor, establish the daily maintenance support plan.
5. Work within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, and measures; reports IAW the quality control inspection program, and with Logistics Supply Chain Management (LSCM) activities, for all maintenance.
6. Report inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance and supporting maintenance activities to the IMSS Division Manager
7. Establish work priorities for the following:
**A.** Production Control Specialist**B.** Aircraft Mechanic Leads**C.** Quality Control Section Supervisor**D.** Tool Room**E.** POL Section**F.** Technical Supply**G.** Unit Supply8. Coordinate maintenance training activities and requirements with the Training Lead.
9. Assist SANG with daily production control meetings.
10. Support a professional development program in support of Saudization-localization.
11. Ensure all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
12. Establish and execute the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) operations; as outlined in the pre-accident plan, CSOP and MNG procedures.
13. Coordinate with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) representatives as needed.
14. Ensure that all related operations are conducted safely, IAW all regulations and publications.
15. Other tasks as directed by IMSS Maintenance Division Deputy Manager.

**A.** Education Level:
- 1. Required: Associate’s Degree or equivalent training and experience required.- 2. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in aviation management**B.** Training Certifications:
- 1. Required: Graduate of a US Military aviation maintenance course or civilian equivalent.- 2. Required: Experience in operations, training development and management.- 3. Preferred: FAA Airframe & Powerplant license.**C.** Experience:
- 1. Required: Eight years’ experience in aviation maintenance.- 2. Required: Four years’ experience as an aircraft mechanic or maintenance officer.- 3.
