**Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities**:
- **Organizing Transportation and Shipping**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and recommend appropriate actions.
- **Communication with External Parties**:
- Liaise with shipping companies and customs to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Address any issues arising during transportation.
- **Document Preparation**:
- Prepare necessary documents for transportation and customs (e.g., invoices, certificates of origin).
- Verify that all documentation complies with laws and regulations.
- **Resolving Logistics Challenges**:
- Handle unforeseen issues such as shipment delays or damage during transport.
- Propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Internal Coordination**:
- Collaborate with other departments to align logistics operations with company objectives.
- Provide reports on logistics performance to management.
**Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities**:
- **Preparing Purchase Orders**:
- Review departmental needs and prepare appropriate purchase orders.
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and their alignment with required specifications.
- **Supplier Sourcing**:
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
- Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers.
- **Managing Contracts and Negotiations**:
- Draft and review supplier contracts to ensure compliance with terms.
- Follow up on contract renewals or terminations as needed.
- **Monitoring Material Deliveries**:
- Ensure timely delivery of materials according to agreements.
- Address issues related to delays or the quality of delivered materials.
- **Preparing Periodic Reports**:
- Submit detailed reports on supplier performance and procurement fulfillment.
- Analyze purchasing costs and recommend strategies to reduce expenses.
- **Ensuring Compliance**:
- Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain financial records and documentation related to procurement transactions.
- **Internal Coordination**:
- Work with departments to identify their procurement needs.
- Follow up on any additional requests or modifications to existing orders
