As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operations of our HR department. You will be responsible for assisting with HR processes, employee record-keeping, recruitment coordination, and other administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in job roles or status.
- Coordinate and organize employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Provide support in HR policies and procedures enforcement.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal-setting.
- Assist with employee relations matters and resolution of employee inquiries or issues.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
