**Position Purpose**:
Full P&L responsibilities, leading the operation in the NPD.

**Description**:
1. Creating and enhancing products that respond to market needs or local/international trends.

2. Determining product specifications according to several various factors and uses.

3. Supporting manufacturing and design activities by developing prototype samples for products/recipes in development in both the Central Kitchen and Marketing Department.

4. Aligning both Chef & Dietitians on proposed recipes.

5. Establishing and maintaining relationships with senior management for the purpose of aligning NPD objectives and removing obstacles to project completion.

6. Meeting consumer demands and sensory attributes,

7. Manage the seasonality of ingredients,

8. Include local sourcing of ingredients,

9. Manage the impact of safety regulations,

10. Manage the traceability of ingredients, intermediate and final products along their entire lifecycle,

11. Scaling up recipes and processes

12. Manage the environmental impact over the product’s full lifecycle.

13. Skilled in a food analysis system

14. Ability to create a dietary cycle menu based on the market needs.

15. Follow up with production to ensure recipes have been followed properly.

16. Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, supply chain, central kitchen, and marketing) aimed at properly and timely developing products/recipes.

17. Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive (trend, taste, selling price).

18. Providing performance expectations and evaluations and sharing it with Sales, Marketing & Finance departments.

19. Submit proposals and recipes/designs for evaluation by the senior management before moving to the next stage.

20. Continuously improving/upgrading current recipes.

21. Developing and managing project/recipe budgeting. Adjust suggested recipes based on cost requirements.

22. Regularly providing feedback and solutions for process NPD improvements.

23. Leading tasting panel sessions. Adjusting recipes based accordingly.

24. Supporting Marketing Department in developing valid content claim.

25. Closely monitoring competitive moves, products, and recipes.

**Decision Making Authority**:

- Initiates any activity allowed by NDC Management.

**Position Specifications**:
**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications required by this position:

- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, or relevant field
- MBA is an advantage.

**Experience Required**:
Minimum experience required by this position:

- Minimum of 2-4 years in Product Development.
