Understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Basic understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
- Experience with remote desktop support and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and collaboration tools (Office 365, G Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools for system performance and availability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and colleagues.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of system development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in analyzing and documenting system requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to create system design specifications and wireframes.
- Experience in system integration and data migration projects.
- Understanding of system testing and quality assurance processes.
