- A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned.
- Ensure that the workplace and surroundings are kept clean and always organized.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently and report complaints and feedback to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- English language
- Strong leadership skills
