**Responsibilities**:
The Project Control Director is esponsible to manage and analyze information required for predicting and management of cost and time outcomes of the project, monitors and tracks progress of project cost information and project contractual information. Supports the project(s) in all other aspects of Project Controls analysis and special studies. Assists the Project Director, to prepare any Project reports, prepare and maintain schedules, cost information, develop and review project baselines, and monitors and tracks actual progress against planed and/or contracted schedules.

**Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Directly responsible for the review, upgrade development, and implementation of the project control system and integration with administrative and operational procedures of the client, including networking, hardware, and software integration, setup, associated training and maintenance of
- Directly responsible for the collation of design side and construction side documentation for the design and construction master schedule, and the preparation of output reports with
- Directly responsible for the preparation of monthly narrative and assembly of cost, schedule and financial reports, and submission and
- Responsible for the development of project controls information, fact sheets, and graphical presentation materials for the client.
- Prepares specific formats for design and construction monitoring purpose including planned versus actual projection and indicated outcome
- Oversees the tabulation and recording of results of survey, prequalification, proposal submissions, logging and tracking documents, drawing, and technical
- Oversees and monitors contract submittals of material samples, data, shop, drawings, and technical data, and relevant approvals by A/E.
- Responsible for the preparation of the master schedule, detailed schedule, micro schedule, look-ahead schedules etc., for design and construction including review of A/E and contractor schedules of the project, regular monitoring, update the status, and reporting to the Project
- Plans for and identifies potential resource bottlenecks & requirements, contingencies and highlights the same accordingly to the respective stakeholders importantly to the Project Manager or Project Director on a proactive
- Estimates and manages the delays linked with changes and claims, prepare the Extension of Time (EOT) Analysis and post raising a red flag with the Project Manager or Project Director should suggest control measures to get the project back on track
- Conducts presentations to management, clients, regular progress of work, KPI, histogram, projections, earned value analysis.
- Monthly reports, weekly reports
- Reports on schedule, cost and resourcing for both up-to-date and for planning
- Sets up and directs project administration systems (filing, software, correspondence logs).
- Prepares logs and tracks proposed design and construction changes, variation orders, and claim submissions from design consultants and construction
- Assists the client to access project information from the A/E, PCS, and the operation and coordination of activities related to use the client database, and financial
- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities required of the position as assigned

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in building construction
- Must have a working knowledge of policies and procedures and be able to identify problems, make recommendations and/or resolve problems to completion.
- Ability to facilitate and implement process improvement ideas
- Must have a good work ethic and integrity, be dependable, adaptable, cooperative, and motivated to take on new responsibilities
- Proficient in various computer software systems such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, etc.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
