The project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. You’ll be responsible for: - Directs the category management teams and leadership including high-value/complexity tenders. - Proactively develops and creates internal and external senior stakeholder relationships. - Provides performance management, technical and career development and coaching. - Provides expert due diligence and company and market expertise. - Executes value creating process, performance and commercial activity; track record of delivering on targets. - Adapts plan development and implementation including embedding, monitoring, delivering via others. - Provides leadership and management of teams, and acts as a role model for behaviours. - Delivers on objectives in challenging situations on time. - Contributes/inputs into strategy development, develops plans and oversees the delivery and manages (area/unit/discipline). - Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
