**Cloud Sales Specialist**

We are looking for a qualified Cloud Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing cloud sales. As a Cloud Sales Specialist, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. Driving cloud sales into new and existing customers. Lead Cloud Sales with our company Cloud Provider partnerships including, but not limited to, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Track and report on all opportunities, pipeline, and bookings to provide forecast reports to management.
- Engage with the local Cloud Provider (AWS and Azure) sales programs and joint activities.
- Develop, share and implement standard methodologies and account strategies to increase our sales penetration of Cloud into our top accounts.
- Qualify and progress leads and opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with company cloud partners.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of Cloud Computing, DevOps & Cloud Native technologies as well as the competitive position of the company.
- Conduct consistent training in cloud.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 3-5 years' experience as a Cloud Sales Specialist.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Understanding of Public Cloud and the uniqueness of public cloud architectures.
- Prior experience selling SAAS or Cloud solutions.
- Existing relationships within one or all Public Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, or Google) is preferred.
- Understanding of DevOps, containers/kubernetes, CI/CD and the cloud native technology ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, including strong verbal and written skills and proven presentation skills being able to articulate complex topics.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

**Salary**: From ﷼7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
