**About the Role**

We are seeking two dynamic and highly motivated Analysts to join our client’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of M&A transactions, providing comprehensive analysis, and working closely with senior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a credible professional track record and a passion for the financial industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of target companies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and comparable company analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of transaction-related documentation, including pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Support senior team members in negotiations, structuring deals, and executing transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications**
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields. Experience with a Big Four firm is highly preferred.
- Preferably an English & Arabic speaker.
- Non-Arabic speakers with strong academic background are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
