**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, initiate contact, and establish relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and offer tailored IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services, to address their specific challenges.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and demonstrations that clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, close sales, and ensure smooth handover to the implementation and support teams.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities for growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience selling to specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
Technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Security+).
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise-level software solutions.
