- Associate / Senior Associate, MENA Aviation Private Equity Investments, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia- Our client is a private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate to join a growing private equity investment team based in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on high growth investments in the aviation sectors across the MENA region. The team invests via direct equity structures.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Involvement in designing and executing the investment strategy
- Involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including valuating and screening investment opportunities, structuring and executing investments across multiple sectors and portfolio monitoring
- Involved in value creation initiatives within portfolio companies
- Take responsibility for the development and analysis of financial models as well as participation in due diligence
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Experience from one or more of the following: a top-tier investment bank, MBB strategy consulting firm, or a venture capital / private equity firm
- Strong academic background; you should have a degree from a top-tier university; an MBA from an internationally renown institution would also be advantageous
- Experience within the MENA region is not essential to this role
- Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full-time
