We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Order Taker to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Order Taker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process for our valued customers. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to an exceptional dining experience.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and promotions
- Enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system with precision and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and dietary concerns with care and professionalism
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and company policies
- Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly and courteously
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or customer service role
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling orders and payments
- In-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of working well in a team
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize orders effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
