**Qualifications**:
MOH License Holder
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Triage Experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage the triage and streaming process for all referrals, ensuring appropriate and timely routing of patients to the appropriate healthcare services.
- Provide senior clinical advice and support to patients, caregivers, and staff, demonstrating a high level of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and address potential medical emergencies or urgent situations promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and interventions.
