Join our team as a Room Attendant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and become an essential part of creating exceptional guest experiences in our luxurious hotel. As a Room Attendant, you'll take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Replenish room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department
- Organize and maintain housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
- Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
- Assist in deep cleaning projects and special assignments as required
- Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and inventory

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or customer service, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning products, procedures, and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in luxury hotel environment is highly desirable
