Female Janitor

**Position Overview**:
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Perform and oversee daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all areas of the facility.
- Train, supervise, and schedule janitorial staff, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Explain and/or demonstrate work procedures to other custodians.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repairs needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities for special events or projects.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Address all day-to-day personnel issues with the custodial staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with employees, management, and visitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Transferable Iqama.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- A housing allowance is provided; however, the housing is not provisioned by the company.

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,300.00 per month

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
