E&i Inspectoor

We are seeking an E&I Inspector to join one of our client’s projects in the Middle East.

Objective: Responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating mechanical components and systems to ensure compliance with international industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities are but not limited to**:

- Implement Project Quality Plan requirements and comply with client quality requirements.
- Develop and Implement Inspection and test plan for the project activities
- Carryout quality control inspection with associated check sheets
- Maintain quality documents compliance to ISO 9001 standard requirements
- Forecast to inspection requirements and available resources prior to start the inspection activity
- Raise queries to the client for quality inspection on project activity
- Reporting non-conformity of product and services to the quality manager
- Monitor the implementation corrective and preventive measures on product and services to ensure fulfil ISO 9001 requirements
- Liaise with construction team on quality compliance requirements.
- Ensure the responsibilities inspection check points to be fulfilled as per approved ITP
- Maintain quality document and submit dossier to client prior project completion.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma, in an appropriate Engineering. discipline
- Total 12 year of Experience of which 8yrs QC experience with direct scope description in E&I Inspection
- Experienced in instrument installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for subsea projects
- Familiar with the international industry codes and standards related to intrinsically safe systems and electrical systems for instrumentation including ISA RP12.6, ISA RP12.2.02, ISA TR12., ANSI MC96.1, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100, IEC 60529, NEMA ICS 6, NEMA 250, NEMA VE 1, NEMA VE 2, NFPA 70/NEC and UL 94.
- Witness and inspect testing of single and multimode cables and communication hardware.
- Possess experience with subsea operations
