The IT Support members will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues across our organization. You will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software problems, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring the integrity and security of our IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support incidents and solutions.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and recommend upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.
- Provide training and support to users on various IT-related topics.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Available to work in Jeddah or Riyadh.
