YOUR TASKS:
- Identify, develop and maintain favorable contact with high level decision makers including C-suite level and work to understand strategic business challenges while developing a business fit between DGF and the customer.
- Focus is on delivering Customer Satisfaction by leveraging the organization’s network and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
- Develop proposals and sales plans that support increased sales from targeted prospects.

- Call all new customers, suspects and occasional customers and qualify and allocate them to the right sales channel based on pre-defined criteria.
- Qualification of all suspects from different sources by finding out the company’s (by using the qualification script):
- name
- billing and visit address
- city
- telephone number
- contact person
- segmentation
- industry code
- competitor information
- potential - amount shipment, destinations, origins and weight
- Allocate the prospects to the right sales channels according to shipping profile
- Send out information, start kit and supplies
- Keep the sales database updated
- Ensure that the sources who sends leads to ISL have the correct and updated information and motivate them to keep on sending leads. Improve both the quality and quantity of the leads from the sources. Give the sources regular feedback.
- Actively search for own potential suspects in internal and external lists, newspapers, internet and other sources.
Impact The Sales lead Qualifier is responsible for that all suspects in Saudi Arabia are processed according to the rules within one working day of having them in COMET suspect’s pool.
Customer / Stakeholder Daily and weekly reporting to Direct Sales Manager, monthly reporting to National Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia. Monthly reports with feedback to the lead sources if manual reports are needed.
Have contact with the sales person(s) working on the same district. Have contact with the sources that give the SLQ department leads, for instance Customer Service, Couriers and the Finance department

Pricing and discount vs. volume within defined and agreed limits.

The main challenge is to fulfil the target on how many leads the SLQ agent shall allocate every month and to keep a high quality of leads.

University graduate with a business/commercial/marketing
3.2 Experience
DHL experience
- 3.3 Technical Knowledge/Skills
- 3 years of senior high school
- Fluency in English and Arabic both written and oral
- Basic MS Windows and Office knowledge
- Good telephone manner. Experience with customer contact is preferred
- Personal qualifications: social competence, enterprising and patience
