JASARA PMC is searching for a skilled Graphic Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Specialist will play a vital role in creating high-quality graphic designs that effectively communicate our project messages and branding. You will collaborate closely with various departments to produce visual content for both digital and print media.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**
- Design and produce attention-grabbing graphics for marketing materials, presentations, reports, and social media.
- Work with project managers and marketing teams to define graphics needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other graphics to align with branding guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in designs and messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
