Ensure that ‘Operational Excellence’ as well as the transformation of the branch into a ‘Customer-Focused Organization’ deliver the expected outcomes on wastewater network and sewerage management in Jeddah Branch (no Wastewater Treatment Plant under direct Operation)

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Responsible at branch level for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Wastewater Collection Operations & Maintenance Plan and related Enabling Projects.
- Supervise the wastewater O&M of the related branch, including wastewater O&M subcontractors.
- Ensure a smooth transition in the beginning of the contract in his/her areas of responsibility.
- Ensure monthly and annual reports of performance in the related branch against Agreement KPIs, ECRA KPIs and NWC performance indicators.
- Responsible for wastewater network and pumping stations following all required standards.
- Provide support to NWC to supervise wastewater treatment plant refurbishment and O&M under specific LTOM Contract.
- Responsible for the continuity of wastewater collection, supervise and facilitate the definition of actions to be done for optimized capacity utilization in the related branch, coordinate and supervise the Business continuity plan at branch level.
- Distribute tasks among branch wastewater O&M teams and supervision of works implementation.
- Define and implement wastewater O&M annual budget at branch level.
- Ensure good collaboration and interaction with NWC entities and local authorities at branch level.
- Support the definition on H&S procedures and action plan and ensure they are implemented at branch level.
- Lead the implementation of new management processes and tools at branch level

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Senior Expert with 10 years of experience in the water sector and at least 5 years of experience in O&M and overseas experience.
- Excellent knowledge of SUEZ Experts worldwide.
- Total experience:10 years.
- Water industry experience: 10 years.
- Management experience related to this position: 5 years.
- B.Sc. Engineering Degree
