- In-depth knowledge of cost estimation principles, methodologies, and industry-specific pricing trends, with a solid understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and equipment pricing.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools for data analysis, cost modeling, and budget forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex cost data and provide effective solutions for cost optimization and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong in preparing cost estimates for construction projects (buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities, gardens, parks, water projects, and electrical and mechanical projects).
