Your Responsibilities
- Configure, Administer & Manage IBM & Sailpoint IAM, IBM SSO, Beyond Trust PAM, VMware MDM, Safenet MFA solutions
- Handling escalated issues from L1 & L2
- Updating/Upgrading systems whenever required
- Analysis of requests for potential risk before taking action
- Performing all the changes in the system through change management process
- Handling new handovers of the systems/services
- You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters
- Providing frequent knowledge transfer sessions to L1 & L2
- Make recommendations for implementing desired level of access controls
- Ensuring system’s health is up to mark from both availability & security perspective through regular health check
- Vulnerabilities mitigation
- Identifying unused features in the system
- Performance tuning of the systems
- Performing regular clean-up in the system
- Performing DR drills

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study
- 8+ years of experience in mentioned systems
- Strong understanding of Access Control systems and technologies like IAM, SSO, PAM, MDM, MFA
- Solid understanding of Identity Lifecycle, SSO, authentication models, and security concepts
- Must have hands on exp in optimising IAM/PAM products
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
