Reconciliation Supervisor

Reconciliation unit is responsible of financial years Closure with our Health care providers with fair agreements and maintain the best loss ratio possible for the client policies The mentioned procedure will be moved to quarter closure as per the Regulatory and Business requirements matching NPHIES.
- Take the ownership of Reconciliation Reports and trackers.
- Lead the negotiation with the provider within the reconciliation scope to meet the required Rej%.
- Monitor the team daily targets and tasks.
- Prepare the reports which will be the base from Healthcare provider negotiation.
- Segregation of the Rejections on technical and medical criteria.
