We are currently seeking a Sales-Minded Musicians to join our team. This unique role combines your passion for music with your sales expertise to deliver outstanding service and drive sales of our diverse range of musical products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing expert advice and assistance in selecting musical instruments, equipment, and accessories.
- **Sales Generation**: Utilize your sales skills to actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs, ultimately driving sales and achieving targets.
- **Musical Demonstrations**: Showcase your musical talent by offering product demonstrations and performances to enhance the customer experience and highlight the capabilities of our products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including features, specifications, and pricing, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.

**Qualifications**:

- A background in music performance or education, with proficiency in one or more musical instruments.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Passion for music and a genuine desire to share your enthusiasm with others.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
