Under direct supervision, this position assists the project or non-project Material Management or Procurement team with the procurement of engineered equipment, materials, and supplies within established Material Management Plans, policies, and procedures.- Perform administrative duties and low-risk purchasing activities, as required
- Organize and maintain files, and maintain tracking data and reports
- Review technical packages received from Engineering; ensure correct documents are processed according to prescribed methods
- May be required to update the approved material management reference system for buyers
- Issue weekly/monthly reports, as assigned
- Maintain Cash Flow reports
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

**Basic Job Requirements**
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

- Purchasing & Contracts Support for local, regional, and global requirements
- Review and assign requisitions
- Identify and qualify potential bidders for purchases and contracts
- Prepare, distribute, negotiate and award RFQ/RFP/RFI (request for quotation / proposal / information)
- packages
- Conduct market research for categories & scopes
- Negotiate stand-alone and blanket purchase orders and contracts for local, regional, and global
- acquisitions
- Review & process invoices for Master Agreements and local POs / contracts
- Elevate invoice compliance issues as required
- Support vendor portal purchases, such as those for branded merchandise, office supply purchase,
- multifunction devices, etc.
- Monitor and report supplier's performance toward completion of all deliverables in accordance with the
- purchase order or contract
- Collaborate across global offices and disciplines including Corporate Procurement, Legal, Office Services,
- Human Resources, IT, and other departments
- Generate documents, organize and manage files, and maintain tracking data and reports- card holders
- Compliance
- Support audit requests
- Alert functional management to potential practice or process updates due to global and locally required
- changes
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- Sustainability: support Scope 3 reporting and vendor engagement requirements / directives
- Vendor Record Changes: Create and submit requests on behalf of global team members to set up new vendors /
- change existing vendors; interface with suppliers and/or vendor management team as needed to fulfil the
- requests
- Supporting and execution of street buying items regularly
- Training
- Monitor Corporate Procurement team’s global training records and assist with training
- presentations/materials as requested
- Attend training sessions and complete required annual training on Ethics and Compliance in addition to
- any other required or requested trainings
- Virtually attend and provide auxiliary support for planning and hosting annual training workshop for
- local suppliers as required for ISO audits

**Preferred Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
