The Role
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Law from a recognized institution, with a focus on construction law preferred. - Ideally admitted to practice law in Common Law jurisdiction with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in non-contentious construction law. - Solid understanding of construction contracts, project documents, and relevant regulations in Saudi Arabia. - Proven track record of providing effective legal advice and support to clients in the construction industry. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in Arabic and English language both written and spoken is a requirement.
