**LFT Program**

‏ we are delighted to welcome you to the Lucid Future Talent program This program is designed for all Saudi graduates, intending to uplift their career and provide them with structured training, unique skills, and hands-on experience in the emerging practices and technologies of the electrical vehicle (EV) industry.

Our mission is to empower Saudi talent, who will be pivotal as we scale our presence in the kingdom.

During the program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside local and international experts with a chance to rotate through different Lucid functions, developing a broad perspective of the industry, and develop your business knowledge and skills.

**Training Program Summary**:
You will go through 6 to 12 months of intensive on-the-job training to prepare you to handle the role and responsibilities of these opportunities.
