We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries about the restaurant's offerings and services
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor the dining area to maintain cleanliness and ambiance
- Assist with special requests or accommodations for guests
- Handle wait lists efficiently and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling guest concerns
- Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Basic math skills for managing reservations and wait times
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of local customs and etiquette in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant as needed
