**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the successful implementation for SuccessFactors for our clients
- Analyze the client’s requirement and propose an appropriate solution and realization
- Supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation
- Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes, Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation

- **Requirements**:

- Relevant bachelor degree in (Accounting, Engineering or Computer Science) from a recognized university
- At least 5 years of experience as SAP FICO Consultant
- At least 3 Full Implementation
- Participated in all stages of implementation project: from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support
- SAP FICO Certification is mandatory
- Good understanding of Popular components that comprise the FI module:

- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Asset Accounting
- Account Consolidation
- General Ledgers
- Good understanding of Popular components that comprise the CO module:

- Overhead Management
- Cost Center Accounting
- Internal Order Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Product Costing
- Material ledger (actual costing)
- Profitability Analysis
- Strong integration knowledge of FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, PS
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in data migration, SAP reporting, system enhancements and print outs.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communications skills to be able to deliver recommendations, advice and express concerns in both written and verbal formats.
