Role Purpose
We are looking for 02 Testing and Commissioning Managers with MEPF Background for our P&DS team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to work on a major mix-use scheme for a PMCM role.

What this Job Involves
Report to a Senior Project Manager/Director of Commissioning as part of a team undertaking day to day delivery.
Support the development of the Commissioning Plans based on the Authority To Proceed (ATP) strategy.
Support the reviews and evaluation of the prequalification’s of Commissioning Management/Authority companies submitted by Contractors.
Formulate the Commissioning Activity Schedules (CAS Sheets) as per the project requirements.
Arrange workshops with the project stakeholders about the commissioning processes that will be implemented as per the Commissioning Plan.
Hold coordination and weekly T&C meetings with all stakeholders to ensure delivery is not affected.
Conduct Commissionability Study’s and coordinate with the relevant MEPF Design Teams.
Prepare weekly progress reports.
Review and evaluation of the lookaheads, progress as per the contractors’ project baseline programs.
Review all testing and commissioning related documentation e.g. Method Statements, Risk Registers, Site Observation Reports etc.
Participate actively in diverse operational aspects of project commissioning.
Witness and review MEPF inspections as per the project specifications.
Review of the building automation, C&E Matrix and Sequence of Operations for MEPF systems.

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree from a Recognized University.
Minimum 10 years of Experience in the field of Testing and Commissioning working as a Senior T&C Engineer/Manager with a similar role on a mega-project.
Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
Previous experience working with a Commissioning Agency will be an advantage.
Extensive Knowledge of Saudi Building Codes, SEC, CDA requirements, NEBB, ASHRAE, BSRIA etc.
KSA Experience and transferable iqama is a must.
