**Description**:

We seek a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our Technology Consortium, ENERCOMP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing research & technology projects in this consortium.
Responsibilities:

- Initiate the design, development, execution, and implementation of technology research projects in the field of AI/ML-based solutions for monitoring and inspection.
- Developing AI/ML-based solutions for the interpretation of non-destructive testing data and design of automated diagnosis tools.
- Developing Digital Twins concepts for SHM, Inspection, and NDT of composite structures and infrastructures.
- Plans and executes applied research and lead the development of an internationally recognized digital twins platform for composite structures in the Energy sector.
- Maintains substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories and may contribute to scientific literature and conferences.
- Coordinate interpartners activities and research effort.

**ENERCOMP** is a technology consortium on Composite Asset Performance in Energy Applications. It aims at increasing confidence and enabling further penetration of composite materials in the Energy sector by availing new technologies for integrity management. Its mission is to develop innovative integrity management solutions through collaborations with industry and academia by translating fundamental research into deployable technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a researcher in AI/ML diagnosis of structures. Solid background in structural integrity and solid mechanics.
- Experience in modeling and simulation of composite is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective team leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the preparation of research project proposals, the execution of research projects, and project budget and schedule management.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
