The Plant Leader will be responsible for leading a complex vertically integrated plant. This role will be accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the organization's manufacturing and supply chain strategies, objectives, initiatives and policies. This role will champion the Fulfillment, HSE, Productivity, Lean and Quality for the plant.

**As a Senior Plant Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
- Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
- Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex long term planning activities and/or complex long term sales processes with high degrees of customization.
- Handling very complex manufacturing processes.Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles, required technical know-how, value of assets or scale of production
- Managing direct staff on their selection, training and development of plant supervisory and administrative roles
- Leading a big manufacturing unit. Unit consistent of several departments and/or dispersed manufacturing departments.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 10+ years of experience in Materials Management Or Manufacturing Management, 5 years in a Leadership role
- Have knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, and fulfillment metrics, quality systems, cost systems, and fulfillment metrics, and procedures
- Have proven ability to prioritize, plan and execute important business and supply chain initiatives
